THE ITINERARY
Summary

Watch the master chefs in action at a cooking workshop. Learn how to prepare traditional pintxos, as well as modern fusion pintxos. Our Pintxo Cooking Class ends with a delicious multi-course pintxo lunch comprised of the dishes made in class, a selection of D.O. Navarran wine pairings or organic cider.  We sit down together for lunch at our private peña club where you and your classmates will compare your thoughts and opinions, and share in the delight of savoring the dishes you created in class.
