Gastronomic societies are a cornerstone of Navarra / Basque dining tradition and have existed in Pamplona for over a century. They are a members-only clubs for people who are passionate about cooking and socializing around food. The food prepared in these gastronomic societies is based on fresh quality ingredients and on sharing traditional haute-cuisine meals with friends and family. This is a truly cultural experience that should not be missed. 

 

 For those who love cooking and want to learn more about Navarran cuisine, we offer cooking school master classes. Watch the master chefs in action at a cooking workshop. Learn how to prepare traditional pintxos, as well as modern fusion pintxos. Our pintxo cooking class ends with a delicious multi-course pintxo lunch comprised of the dishes made in class, a selection of D.O. Navarran wine pairings or organic cider.  We sit down together for lunch at our private peñaclub where you and your classmates will compare your thoughts and opinions, and share in the delight of savoring the dishes you created in class.
